A: If the ID code you are typing into the log-in field is not working, it may be because you are typing your ID incorrectly. Often people enter their code incorrectly. Letters and numbers such as 0 and O, l and 1, G and 6 are quite similar and can be confusing. Verify your ID by checking it against your book label, and carefully re-enter it into the log-in field, being sure you don't enter any extra spaces. There should be no spaces at the beginning of your ID, at the end, nor anywhere in the middle.
